When writing this guide, there are five Perfume Bottle weapons you can find all around the Lands of Shadow in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. These are:
Elden Ring Firespark Perfume Bottle location
you may find the Firespark Perfume Bottle weapon inside a chest guarded by Perfumers and Castle Enis soldiers near the Castle Front Site of Grace.
Elden Ring Chilling Perfume Bottle location
You can find the Chilling Perfume Bottle in a room inside the Lamenter’s Gaol.
Head there and keep progressing until you descend the ladder via the Upper Gaol area, which you unlock using the Upper Gaol key.Head to the room with the frozen floor. It holds the Chilling Perfume Bottle.
Elden Ring Frenzyflame Perfume Bottle location
You can find the Frenzyflame Perfume Bottle weapon on a dead body inside the delipidated Abandoned Church in the Abyssal Woods region.
Thankfully, there’s already a Site of Grace called Church Ruins where you can teleport.
Elden Ring Lightning Perfume Bottle location
you may find the Lightning Perfume Bottle weapon on a dead body guarded by the lightning rams southeast of the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace.
Elden Ring Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle location
The Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle is a purchasable item from the NPC named Thiollier, whom you find resting at the Pillar Path Cross Site of Grace.
