Best Changli build: weapons
Unsurprisingly, the best weapon for this Changli build is her signature weapon, Blazing Brilliance. It can provide a decent boost to attack and crit damage. Most importantly, dealing damage with this weapon will get you Searing Feather, which can stack up and boost Resonance skill damage.
Emerald of Genesis is a solid 5-star alternative if you don’t want to spend money on Changli’s signature weapon. Equipping it will increase your energy regeneration, allowing you to use your ultimate more frequently.
Furthermore, using the Resonance skill will give you a tremendous attack boost. The overall damage difference between Blazing Brilliance and Emerald of Genesis isn’t much, so we recommend going with the latter, as you can get it more easily by reaching Union Rank 45 or from the standard weapon convene.
As for the 4-star weapons, we recommend going with either Commando of Conviction or Lunar Cutter. Both can increase your attack, and their overall damage output is almost identical.

The Moonlit Clouds set bonus also includes increased energy regeneration, so you would be encouraged to frequently swap to Changli to unleash her ultimate ability.
Best Changli build: Forte priority
We recommend upgrading Changli’s forte in the following order:
