Best Firefly build: light cones
As mentioned above, Firefly emphasizes on dealing Break damage. Much of her overall damage output scales from her Break Effect, making it the most important attribute for her.
To that end, all the best light cones for Firefly should directly or indirectly bolster her break effect.
The best light cone for Firefly is, unsurprisingly, her signature light cone, Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest. It can give Firefly a massive Break Effect boost while applying a debuff on enemies that bolster Break damage.
On the Fall of an Aeon is a good alternative if you’re able to’t afford Firefly’s signature light cone. It can increase Firefly’s attack while also boosting her damage after breaking an enemy’s toughness.
Indelible Promise can also boost Firefly’s Break Effect, but not to the extent like her signature light cone. It, however, can also increase Firefly’s crit rate, which, unfortunately, isn’t useful to her.
Best Firefly build: relics
Likewise, the best Firefly relics should also boost her Break Effect, and equipping four pieces of either Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge and Thief of Shooting Meteor will get you that.
Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge goes a step beyond just increasing Break Effect. It can ignore the enemy’s defense, more precisely when dealing break and super break damage, and Firefly can benefit massively from that.
Thief of Shooting Meteor can similarly increase Break Effect, but equipping a four-piece set will also regenerate energy on dealing weakness break damage. Since Firefly is an energy-hungry unit, this could be incredibly useful.
Best Firefly build: planar ornaments
Taila: Kingdom of Banditry can increase the Break Effect by 36%, which is surprisingly good. Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern, on the other hand, can increase speed and up to 40% Break Effect if you deal damage to an enemy weak to Fire, which, in the case of Firefly, is always.
