Minecraft sheep have a carefree expression as if there’s not a thought behind their eyes. While the sheep are usually white, they can also spawn in a variety of colorsand be dyed, so you can harvest different colored wool from them. The baby sheep have a similar appearance, but their heads are much larger in comparison to their bodies, which is somehow endearing.

8All The Fluff - Highland Sheep From The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

Highland Sheep are timid animals that can be seen at stables inBreath of the Wild, as well as in Hateno Village’s pasture. The Hyrule Compendium entry for this animal says that they were domesticated but originated from the mountains. Similar to real sheep, they have a fluffy fleece that, when harvested, can be “used to make clothing and bedding.”

While Highland Sheep are only a small detail to find on your journey to defeat Calamity Ganon, they’re nice to see when you stop by a stable or Hateno Village, especially because of the volume in their fluffy fleece.

The Friendly Yan is an enemy inFinal Fantasy 9that is part of theFriendly Monsters side quest, where you must give nice versions of regular enemies an item in return for rewards. By giving the Friendly Yan a Diamond, it will give you 50 AP, as well as a Rosetta Ring.

As a Friendly Monster, this creature has an endearing appearance that resembles a sheep. It has a woolly yellow fleece and down-turned brown horns. Although Zidane and the party can attack Friendly Yan, you’d feel guilty for doing so because of its cute appearance.

6Godly Sheep - Kasugami From Okami

Kasugami is a Celestial Brush god who takes the form of a sheep, representative of the corresponding animal in the East Asian zodiac. Similar to the other Celestial Brush gods, Kasugami has red markings on her body and face, denoting her godly status.

Although Kasugami has a minor role inOkami, she, alongside the other Celestial Brush gods, contributes to the game’s themes surrounding Japanese mythology. Kasugami also has a majestic design, due in part to Okami’s art style, which is reminiscent of ink-wash paintings.

5A Classic - Sheep From Story Of Seasons: Pioneers Of Olive Town

Sheep have appeared in every entry in theStory of Seasonsseries. They’re helpful livestock that can produce wool, which can then be turned into yarn to make clothes. As well as being useful animals on your farm, the sheep are particularly cute with a full fleece of wool - it completely obscures their eyes, leaving only their nose and blushy cheeks in view.

The sheep can also breed and have lambs, which are just as adorable. They’re so sweet that you’ll want a barn full of them on your farm.

4Judging Ewe - Xiezhai From Megami Tensei Series

Xiezhai is a demon in the Megami Tensei series that has the appearance of a sheep with a unicorn-like horn. InPersona 4’s compendium, it says that Xiezhai “can see through any lie” and punishes evildoers with its horn. There have been different interpretations of it across various games - sometimes it appears fearsome, and other times cute.

Xiezhai is named after a creature from Chinese mythology, the Xiezhi, and bears a very similar resemblance to its original inspiration. Not only does the creature look physically similar, but it also punished criminals using its powerful horn, supposedly sparing the innocent.

3Devilishly Cute - The Lamb From Cult Of The Lamb

The protagonist ofCult of the Lambis known simply as The Lamb. They were a sacrificial lamb (literally) and given another chance to live by The One Who Waits - in return for starting a cult in his name. It’s up to you to strengthen the cult’s following and decide what kind of leader the Lamb is going to be.

The game subverts your expectations by using a lamb, usually associated with innocence, to take part in nefarious activities. They’re also the cutest cult leader that you’ll ever see.

2Sporty Sheep - Dom From Animal Crossing

First introduced inAnimal Crossing: New Horizons, Dom is an expressive sheep villager with a Jock personality. As a Jock villager, Dom enjoys exercising and discussing his abs that heabtlynamed Abigail, Abdul, Abe, Abby, Abel, and Abner.

In terms of appearance, Dom has a white fleece, reddish pink ram horns, and shining black eyes. He’s perhaps most well-known for the worried face he pulls, crinkling his chin and making his eyes even more expressive than usual.Dom’s house interioralso resembles a farm, with a bed made of hay and a carpet that imitates a grassy field.

Due to its Electric typing, its wool coat is filled with static electricity - though it might be tempting to pet it, you would most likely receive an electric shock.

Similar to real-world sheep, its fleece is used to make clothing in the Pokemon world; however, “a special process” is used to remove the static electricity, according toUltra Sun. Mareep is an adorable Pokemon with an excellent concept that’s simple but effective.
