Where To Find Liskanoth

How To Beat Liskanoth
As a world boss,Liskanoth is best tackled by a large group of players. This can be done by using thegroup finderto find an active group, and you may use thequick search featureindicated by thegreen eye next to the tracked quest text in your quest log.
Liskanoth will usefour primary abilities during her encounter, and unlike the other world bosses, she hastwo distinct phases. Her damage is not especially high, but she does have a decent amount of health and is not always attackable, so she may take a while to bring down, even with a sizable group.
Strategy
Chilling Breath
Blasts her current aggro target with a cone of Frost damage, applyingBiting Frostto any player hit. This will deal ticking Frost damage and slow them by 50 percent for ten seconds.
ensure to be behind Liskanoth at all timesand face her away from large groups of players if you happen to be tanking her.
Glacial Storm
Fires chunks of ice at random players, dealing Frost damage to any player hit by the blast and leaving behind a patch of icy ground. The ice patches will deal ticking Frost damage and slow players by 50 percent while in contact with them.
Dodge the white swirliesthat erupt from the boss, although they can be difficult to see owing to the pale blue ground. Try to stay out of the ice patches.
Binding Ice
Roots random players in place, dealing ticking Frost damage to them until freed.
To free a player, youmust break them out of theBinding Iceby dealing damage to it. These icicles do not have much health, so you may AoE them down or use a personal skill to cleanse the debuff, such asDivine Shield.
Deep Freeze
During this phase, Liskanoth will fly up into the air before performing a breath attack straight down the ravine in which she is fought. Any player hit will take large Frost damage, in addition to receiving a six-second Frost damage DoT and six-second long stun.
Try torun to either side of the valley, although this attack has a very wide hitbox, and the majority of your group is probably going to end up being stunned. you may also just choose totank it with a personal defensive.
