Bungie recentlyhosted a livestreamin which they talked about the upcoming Act.

According to the developers, Destiny 2 Echoes: Act 2 will be released on July 16, which is today. The developers haven’t shared the exact time, but they’ll notify you when it goes live through the game’sofficial X account.

What will Destiny 2 Echoes Act 2 feature?

New missions

To begin with, Destiny 2 Echoes: Act 2 will bring three new Battleground activities to the game. All of them will be PvE missions, with the first two releasing with Act 2 and the third one coming a week later, on July 23.

All three missions will be filled with enemies for you to fight while focusing on a continuous single story. The second episode will start where the first one ended, and the third one will take place after the events of the second.

New weapons and perks

Act 2 is going to bring some old and new weapons to the game, which include:

Bungie is also releasing five new Artifact perks with Act 2, and all of them are mainly for Sniper Rifles and Solar.
