The best Perfume Bottle build in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC uses the Lightning Perfume Bottle as the primary weapon with the Rolling Sparks Ash of War, along with a combination of talismans, charms and spells that exponentially increase the damage numbers.

Primary weapon — Lightning Perfume Bottle
As mentioned earlier, you must use the Lightning Perfume Bottle upgraded to +25 for this build to work with the Rolling Sparks Ash of War.

Secondary weapon — Finger Seal +25
The Finger Seal is an excellent catalyst for using the Howl of Sabriri and Golden Vow incantations. It has an S scaling with Faith attribute when upgraded to max level +25.
However, if you don’t have it, you can also go with a catalyst of your choice.
Armor set — Rakshasa
The Rakshasa armor set not only looks fantastic, but it also comes with a hidden buff that increases damage dealt to foes at the expense of increased damage taken by the wearer.
You can mitigate most of that by using Golden Vow and improving your Endurance stat. Also, you must not worry about the added debuff, as you will be one-shotting every enemy and boss.

Talisman slot 1 — Lightning Scorpion Charm
You can get the Lightning Scorpion Charm from the Wyndham Catacombs in a room with the Imp Statue seal that you can remove using a Stonesword Key.
Talisman slot 2 — Perfumer’s Talisman
You can get the Perfumer’s Talisman from Perfumer’s Ruins located in the Altus Plateau region of the Lands Between.
Head to the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace and follow the northwest path to reach the said location.
Talisman slot 3 — Shard of Alexander
You can get the Shard of Alexander by completing the NPC Alexander’s questline in the main game.
Talisman slot 4 — Aged One’s Exultation
You can get the Aged One’s Exultation by defeating a particular Winter Lantern enemy in the Abyssal Woods area.
Teleport to the Woodland Trail Site of Grace and head south, near the marked location. Use the grass to get behind the enemy, parry the attack and defeat the Winter Lantern to get the talisman.

Before any big fight, you must first use the Howl of Sabriri until you inflict Madness status on yourself. After that, use the Golden Vow followed by the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Once done, you must restore your HP and FP and enter the arena.
Now, all you have to do is use the Rolling Spark Ash of War on the boss or enemy, and you will be able to one-shot them and two shots if the boss has a second phase with a cutscene.
