HoYoFEST 2024brings a new experience toGenshin Impact,Honkai Star Rail, Honkai Impact 3rd, and newly mintedZenless Zone Zerofans in Singapore.
If you recall, last year’sHoYoFEST 2023was part and parcel of Anime Festival Asia in Suntec City Convention Center, which means that to enter, you would’ve needed to purchase an AFA ticket.
This year, held in the same mall, it’s instead staged at the open atrium between Tower 1 and Tower 2 with free access to all!
ONE Esports had the opportunity to visit HoYoFEST 2024 and take part in all its activities. If you’re wondering if it’s worth making the trip to town, we’ve got you — read on to find out how you’re able to score exclusive merch for free.
What to expect HoYoFest 2024 Singapore — be prepared to do these activities
Genshin Impact booth at HoYoFest 2024
In typical Adventurers’ Guild style, designed exactly like the one in Fontaine, the easiest task you can do isshow your UIDto the receptionist to get a Paimon, Primogem, or Aether hairband.
Take a photo of anything Genshin Impactwithin the HoYoFEST area then upload it on social media with the tags #GenshinImpact, #HoYoFEST, and #HereIAm to receive a super cute exclusive HoYoFEST cardboard stand.
Thirdly, if you areAdventure Rank 60, or if you can show that you’ve 100% explored any location in Teyvat, or if you come in Genshin Impact cosplay, you’ll receive a foil ticket. The more dedication you have to the game, the more sparkle you’re entitled to.
Next to the hairband in the photo above, you’ll see a glossy card. This is the one thing all Genshin players want — a scratch code that gives a total of 80xPrimogemsand 20,000Mora. You’ll need toanswer a game-related question correctlyat the Adventurers’ Guild in order to earn one.
Honkai Star Rail booth at HoYoFest 2024
Similar to Genshin Impact’s booth, you’ll be asked tospell the name of a Honkai Star Rail charactercorrectly in order to receive a scratch card which gives a total of 80x Stellar Jades and 20,000 Credit.
Taking a photo of anything Honkai Star Railwithin the area and uploading it with the hashtags #HonkaiStarRail, #HoYoFEST2024, and #HoYoFEST earns you a foil ticket.
If you show the staff at the booth that you have aHonkai Star Rail account, you’ll get a Honkai Star Rail postcard.
When youlike any of HoYoverse’s social media page and share its HoYoFest 2024 post, you’ll receive a Pom-Pom balloon.
Zenless Zone Zero booth at HoYoFest 2024
Visiting every booth earns you a stamp. Collecting them all gives you access to the instant photography area where you can take a picture against the HoYoFEST 2024 backdrop (that’s me in the photo below!).
Each photo comes in two identical prints, and can be easily divided so that you and your friend can each take one home.
There are also ongoing stage activities where participants compete in mini Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero games for a chance to pick up something extra.
Merchandise booth at HoYoFest 2024
Similar to HoYoFEST 2023, you can only access the merchandise booth if you collect a timeslot ticket. There’s a limited number of slots per hour, so if your ticket is at 11 a.m. or later, you’ll have to come back at that allocated time to gain access.
Stocks are limited on a per daily basis, so if an item runs out, it’ll only be restocked the next day.
The merchandise store opens at 10 a.m. daily, but the doors to Suntec City opens at 7 a.m. if you desire to get in queue early.Check out the list of merch here.
Also note that you can only pay by Pay Now or cash. Credit cards are not accepted
HoYoFest 2024Singapore runs from now untilAugust 18, 2024, Sunday, at Suntec City Mall atrium between Tower 1 and Tower 2.
