The Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason 2024 features a round-robin format where twelve teams are split into two groups.
In the group stage, teams fight each other once to determine their standings.
The top four teams from each group move on to the knockout stage and play in a single elimination format. The quarterfinals are best-of-three matches, and the semifinals and finals are best-of-five.
