These can be for progressing the game, bringing them items from the real world, or even spending time with them to help them understand people. If you’re looking for some help finishing your Velvet Room requests from Elizabeth or Theo in P3P, we’ve got you covered.
This guide will contain spoilers for elements of Persona 3 Portable.
What Are Velvet Room Requests?
Pretty much as soon as you’re able to access the Velvet Room in Persona 3 Portable, you’ll be given the choice tochoose between Elizabeth and Theodorefor your Attendant throughout your game. Your choice doesn’t matter for the quests, asboth Elizabeth and Theodore have the same requests.
When you visit them in the Velvet Room, you have the option toCheck Requests/Compendium. In this submenu is where you may accesseverything for your requests.
This menu is where you can:
Once you have a quest, all you need to do isfind the itemrequested as you play P3P, and thenbring it back to your Attendant.
The majority of your requests will be eitheritems from inside Tartarus, or the occasionalitems from the real worldthat have your Attendant curious.
You also receive rewards forcollecting Old Documentsat the end of each block of Tartarus. Finally, your Attendant will occasionally want tospend time in the real worldwith you.
TheVelvet Room Attendantyou choose is aromanceable character.
The male protagonist will only have the option to haveElizabeth, but the female protagonist can chooseeither Elizabeth or Theodore. Her outings with themare still calleddatesregardless of which she’s chosen.
Timed Requests And Deadlines
You’ll notice on the right side of the request menu in the Velvet Room thatsome tasks have deadlines, whileothers don’t.Additionally, reading the comments on a task will occasionally reveal that there is onlyone day on which you can get the item you need.
Because of this, it’s critical toalways be mindful of deadlineswhen it comes to your Velvet Room requests. You’ll need tofinish the requestand alsotalk to your attendantbefore the set date.
If youdo not finish a request in time, the next time you visit the Velvet Room, your Attendant will tell you the timeline has passed, and the quest will have beenremoved from your request list.
Even if you still have the itemneeded to complete a quest,if the deadline has passed, the quest will still be consideredunfinished.
Also be sure to pay attention to the comments your Attendant makes about what they’re requesting, as they’lltell you where to get it in their comments. This can give youspecific floors of Tartarus, or, if it’s an item requested from the real world, thedateon which you may obtain it.
Items with specific dates mentioned canonly be obtained on the day mentionedin the comment below the request. They’re usually fromsomeone in SEES, sospeak to your teammatesin the Lounge atIwatodai Dormitoryon the day in question to see what you’ll obtain.
If you miss the date on which you get the item, you’ll either have torestart from an older saveto catch the date ormove on without finishing it.
