So, what do you need to know to get started online? First, we recommend editing your ProfiCard, so you may show the Theatrhythm community who you are. Then, get started with Multi Battles by joining a game or hosting your own game room!

How To Create Your ProfiCard

YourProfiCardis your online calling card that tells other players your game stats, records, and Gamertag. Furthermore, you can add a summonstone to your ProfiCard to trade with other players. Lastly, they’ll show other players a bit of your personality!

Editing Your ProfiCard

To view or edit your ProfiCard, enter theProfiCards Menu (the card icon with the treble clef)via the Main Menu. The ProfiCards menu includes the following options:

Change ProfiCard Picture

Let’s address setting yourProfiCard Picturefirst. This avatar is a Final Fantasy-themed picture that other players will see on your ProfiCard. There are hundreds of ProfiCard Pics to choose from. They fall into these categories:

In the ProfiCard pic grid, yourequipped picdons agreen check mark. In addition, newunlocked picshave anorange and white exclamation mark.

Change ProfiCard Design

YourProfiCard Designis your ProfiCard’sbackground patternandcolor theme. You can choose from eight patterns and eight color schemes. Your currently equipped design choices have a green check mark. Use the shoulder buttons to switch between the design and color scheme tabs. From there, you can confirm your preferences.

Change Summonstone

Thesummonstoneon your ProfiCard is the one you’lltrade with other players after Multi Battles. You can choose from any of the summonstones you’ve acquired so far. To set your summonstone, pick from the left grid menu. Your set summonstone will get a green check mark. If you’re looking for a specific summonstone, you can sort the grid by the following qualities:

If you wish to not include a summonstone on your ProfiCard, you canremove the summonstonefrom your ProfiCard by pressing theY (Nintendo Switch) / Square (PlayStation) button.

Joining Or Making A Game Room

Once your ProfiCard matches your tastes, it’s time to jump into the onlineMulti Battlefun! So, how can you get a Multi Battle started? There are two options:join a roomormake a room.

Joining A Room

When you first open Multi Battle Mode, the game will automatically search for open rooms and show you what’s available. However, rooms fill quickly. So, if you pick a room and suddenly learn there are no vacancies, you can refresh your search to find available rooms.

Making A Room

If you’re having difficulty joining a game or wish to start a game with your preferred settings, you can host your own game room. Choose the red"Make a room"option at the top of the Multi Battle menu to create a room.

You may have noticed that one of the room settings is for a"Password.“This option is forprivate matches. If you turn the password on, you’ll receive a randomly generated room password once you create your room(located in the upper-right corner of the room screen). To invite players, share the six-number password with them. Then, they can join your room by selecting the"Enter password"option in the room lobby and entering the code.

Exchanging ProfiCards

One of Theatrhythm’s online features is the ability to exchange your ProfiCard with other players. This is an excellent way to meet new players, find friends online, and exchange summonstones. There are three methods for exchanging ProfiCards:

ProfiCard Collection

Are you curious to see how you stack up compared to other players? In this case, you may view all the ProfiCards you acquired in theProfiCard Collectionvia the ProfiCards menu. The ProfiCard Collection lists all your acquired ProfiCards from newest to oldest.

There are several things you can do with your ProfiCard collection. If you wish to see your ProfiCard stats next to another player’s, pressZL (Nintendo Switch) / L2 (PlayStation)toCompare ProfiCards. Or, if you wish to get rid of a ProfiCard, pressZR (Nintendo Switch) / R2 (PlayStation)toDeleteit. You can alsolockthe cards you want to keep by pressingY (Nintendo Switch) / Square (PlayStation).
