The best way to level up fast in the Mists of Pandaria Remix is by using the “Cloak of Infinite Potential” on raid bosses for a permanent XP buff. You can start these raids at Level 25.
The Cloak of Infinite Potentialcan be obtained in the WoW Remix Mists of Pandaria LTM. The item grants several permanent bonus stats that scale as you grow stronger. It also gets cosmetic upgrades as you level up.
Buffs from the cloak equipped by your strongest character carry over to the rest of your Remix characters. One of these permanently increases XP gained.

That means beating six elites in a raid like “Heart of Fear” will result in a permanent +72% buff to your XP gain throughout the MoP Remix event.
