How To Unlock Hisano’s Social Link
Another social link that’s tied to your success with a different character, you first meet Hisanoat the hospital.The hospital is one of the available part-time jobs you’ll see posted on theBulletin Boardin theNorth Shopping District.
However, there’s more to beginning this social link than simply going to work. In order to accept the hospital job, you need to have reachedRank 3 Diligence– after you do, you’re able to work at the hospitalat night on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Hisano will not begin appearing right away, though. You work with a nurse at the hospital namedSayoko Uehara, who encompasses your Devil social linkfor Persona 4 Golden. After you’ve reachedRank 4 in the Devil social linkwith Sayoko, Hisano will speak to you at the hospital.
Since she’s so seldom available and you likely won’t meet her until later in the game, your social link with Hisano willincrease every time you hang out with her.

How To Rank Up Hisano’s Social Link
Though her story is dark, Hisano finds great relief in talking with your protagonist about her life and will always be happy to speak with you when you see her at the Flood Plain.
Like the other characters, you can earn bonus affinity with Hisano byhaving a Persona that matches her arcana in your partywhen you spend time with her.
