The horror world ofIris Fallis full of puzzles and secrets. At the beginning of the game, you get dragged into an intriguing world with your cat, and you’re tasked with getting through this world as you learn secrets about yourself. There are different chapters with a bunch of unique puzzles in each of them.

The best thing about puzzles in this game is that they’re quite intuitive. There are cutscenes in every puzzle that highlight what part you’re supposed to focus on, which removes a lot of confusion. Although, you’ll still need a ton of patience if you want to solve some of the puzzles.
How To Solve The Main Book Puzzle
In the sixth chapter, you’ll go through a slate puzzle that will make certain shadows on a giant book.Next, you’ll find a bunch of items to form that shadow on the book, finishing the chapter. In the end, you’ll be dragged into the giant book that is called the “Book Of Truth”. You’ll work on getting through this book in the next chapter.
As the cutscene finishes, you’ll be standing on a platform on the left side with no way to go.You won’t be able to interact with anything around your main character either. Instead, you have to start by interacting with the three giant buttons on the top right of the book.There will be three symbols in this area.
To start the puzzle, you have to click on the button beside the cat picture in the middle.This will turn the page of the book, which will create a new path from your current location. Follow this path through the stairs until you reach the door at the bottom right of the book.
Enter the door and you’ll witness a cutscene of a girl using scissors on some papers.A paper doll will fall out of her arms, and it’ll come to your inventory. At this point, you’ll exit the door and solve the next part.
Next,click on the bottom icon on the top right of your screen while you’re still at the door you just entered. This will open the path to your left that will lead you to the door shown above. Entering this door will trigger another cutscene that will give you the second item. Once you’re back out of that door,go back to the door on the bottom right before doing anything else.
Once you’re there,go to the button on the top that has a melody on it to flip the pages again. Now, this button will let you head to the door on the top left and you’ll get the third item.
As you get back out of the third door,press the bottom button on the top right of your screen once again. With the new path, you’ll be able to reach the final door shown in the picture above, but it won’t be open yet. Whenever you go through one of the four doors, an eye appears on this door. You need a total of four eyes to open it.
When you’re in front of this final door,press the cat button in the middle of the three giant buttons again. This will create a path to the fourth doorwhere you’re able to get the final item and the final eye will also appear for the last door. Enter the final door to trigger a huge cutscene showing a lot of confusing scenarios.
How To Solve The Final Puzzle
During this cutscene, you’ll first stumble upon a giant building with a ton of shadows inside it. After zooming out,this cutscene will pause and you’ll have to do something to continue. Open your bag and drag the popsicle to the giant jar in front of the building, and the sound made by the jar will make all the shadows come behind the main door.
Once that is done, you’ll be taken to another scene that is a lot darker than the first one. In this scene, you’ll have a close-up of a doll lying on the ground, but it’ll have a missing eye. When the cutscene stops,your job is to take out the button from your bag and place it on the doll’s missing eye. This will zoom the scene out and reveal a giant machine as the doll gets up as well.
For the final part of chapter nine, you have toplace the doll in the little button on the floor, and place the melody sign at the top right under the hand. This will start the machine and trigger the final cutscene. The machine will stop after a bit and the paper doll will fall out on the floor.
This cutscene will be truly horrific asyou see the main character witnessing a bunch of kids watching a show. During the show, there will be candies thrown at the kids, and they’ll eat them while your cat distracts you. Afterward, you’ll see that all the kids' eyes have been replaced with buttons than look like the doll’s eye.
Finally, you’ll fall out of the book and keep falling as the hooded figure turns into a bat and follows you down as well. Although,your cat will take the book used in chapter six and exit the scene. This will give way to the final set of puzzles in Iris Fall.
