In a desperate attempt to subdue Sukuna, Hana Kurusu unleashed her ultimate technique, Jacob’s Ladder. However, the nimble King of Curses effortlessly evaded the attack and turned the tables.
Aoi Todo, ever the selfless teammate, used his Boogie Woogie to swap places with Hana, taking a devastating Black Flash punch from Sukuna in her place.
With Aoi incapacitated, the weight of the battle fell squarely on Yuji’s shoulders. After landing a couple of impressive Black Flashes, Sukuna regained his ability to use reverse cursed techniques, allowing him to regenerate his limbs and continue fighting at full power.
Undeterred, Yuji used Sukuna’s cursed technique, Dismantle, in an attempt to separate Sukuna from Megumi Fushiguro’s body. However, Yuji can’t land a clean hit on the rejuvenated Sukuna.
Yuji then recalled his mentor, Satoru Gojo, explaining that Domain Expansions granted curse users buffs and guaranteed their attacks would hit within their domain.
The chapter reached its climax as Yuji successfully activated his own domain expansion for the first time, a skill he achieved after training with Atsuya Kusakabe.
The chapter concluded with Yuji confronting Sukuna in an empty train station, saying, “Let’s go, Sukuna.”
