However, Lukka insists that he will be fine, and if he feels even a little sick from it, he will kill the beast. The Wanderer is once again pulled away, leaving Nissa and Lukka by themselves.

Compleatly Overwhelmed
The strike team mobilizes as they make their way to the Realmbreaker. On the way,Jacesuddenly hears Vraska’s voice calling out for help. Though the others tell him they need to stay on track with the mission, Jace refuses to listen and runs to her. SinceJace has the Sylex in his possession, the rest are forced to follow.
This brings them toSheoldred’s Coliseum, where theyfind Vraska, who was helplessly defending herself from an onslaught of Phyrexians. She is injured, and Jace rushes towards her and shields them with illusions from the rest of the group. Using mind magic, Jace creates an illusion of life on Ravnica together to share one last moment with her.
However, as they share a kiss, Jace tastes oil on her lips asVraska fully turns and becomes Phyrexianandstabs Jace, infecting him with phyresis. Jace manages to escape Vraska’s clutches and joins the group.
The area is now a warzone, andNahiri channels all her mightinto her powers and slashes through the plane itself, destroying Sheoldred’s Coliseum and sacrificing herselfto allow the others to escape.
Jace manages to hold off the phyresis from taking control of his mind as he rejoins the others and they make their arrival to theFair Basilica, where they would find the Realmbreaker. Inside, the party findsKarn, the Planeswalker who created Mirrodin(the Plane that became New Phyrexia). The golem is severely injured, andKoth and Melira stay behind to help himwhile the rest of the party pushes forward.
When the party reaches the entrance to their destination, they are greeted bya compleated Ajani Goldmane and Tibalt, who are guarding it. Elspeth and Tyvar tell the rest of the group to go and that they’ll handle them. The others agree as Kaito, Jace, and Kaya make it inside. Elspeth engages in combat with her former friend Ajani while Tyvar attacks Tibalt, who had caused chaos onhis home Plane of Kaldheim.
Though Elspeth and Tyvar struggle at first, both of them manage to win their fights. Both compleated Planeswalkers fall to the ground, defeated, as Elspeth runs inside ahead of Tyvar to join the others.
Inside, Jace, Kaito, and Kaya see that the Phyrexians are preparing to invade the Multiverse, with ships ready to mobilize at the Realmbreaker. They saw that it was already reaching into the Multiverse, and if they activated the Sylex, it could destroy any Plane it was attached to, along with anyone in the Blind Eternities – the realm that exists between Planes.
Both Kaya and Kaito begin having second thoughts, butJace deems activating the Sylex the best course of actionand does it before phyresis could corrupt his mind.
Due to Jace’s magic,Kaito and Kaya could not stop himas the Sylex began its work. Jace was interrupted whenElspeth entered the roomand immediately knew what was happening. Shehastily stabs Jace in the heart and grabs hold of the Sylexbefore vanishing away. Tyvar rejoins the group as he, Kaya, and Kaito remain standing.
They are suddenly greeted by the arrival of the leader of New Phyrexia, Elesh Norn, who tells them it is best to join her. Elesh Norn summons other compleated Planeswalkers to stand with her, revealing thatboth Nahiri andNissa have been compleated.
Jace also gets up to his feet and joins them, now fully Phyrexian. The last of the strike team all refuse Elesh Norn’s offer asshe activates the Realmbreakerwith Nissa’s powers, and the invasion of New Phyrexia across the Multiverse begins.
