Installing Cyberware is a crucial way to become stronger, and the Sandevistan is top of the line. Upon activation, your senses are dialled up to 11, and you can perceive everything around you in slow motion.

you’re able to imagine how effective this ability is when bullets and Cyberpsycho blades are whizzing past your head. Getting your hands on this powerful implant takes a bit of searching and street cred. However, once you get a taste for the fast life, it may never let you go.

Slow time to 62% for 8 seconds, increases Crit Chance by 10%. Cooldown 30 seconds.
Like the Dynalar Mk.1, the Zetatech Mk. 1 isoriented for lower-level characters. You’re not likely to have a crit-focused build this early in the game, but the Zetatech Mk.1 does at least offer something to use with low Street Cred. The Dynatech Mk.1 is generally better, though.

This Sandevistan doesn’t have too many bells or whistles, but the reliable crit rate boost is a nice plus. Consider thisa slight upgrade over the Mk.1.

12 Reflexes, 22 Street Cred
Slow time to 50% for 16 seconds, increases Crit Chance by 20%. Cooldown 30 seconds.
If you’re looking for an early crit chance build and want a Sandevistan that willreliably last through combat, the Zetatech Mk.3 is your Sandy.
Generally speaking, the Zetatech Sandevistans area good stepping stonebefore eventually acquiring the more powerful QianT implants.
Slow time to 50% for 8 seconds, increases Damage by 5%. Cooldown 30 seconds.
Here islikely your first and best Sandevistan. The damage bonus isn’t much, but it has a decent cooldown at 30 seconds and slows time just long enough to take out a few goons with a few well-placed headshots.
Crucially, it’s alsocheap and easy to acquire. Just head to Northside and speak to Cassius to get chromed up.
Slow time to 25% for 12 seconds, increases Damage by 10%. Cooldown 30 seconds.
The Dynalar Mk.2 improves over its predecessor withmore damageand alonger effectwith significantlyimproved time dilation. At this point, you may need to start considering more specialized Reflex based builds in order to continue using the Sandevistan.
12 Reflexes
Slow time to 50% for 16 seconds, increases Damage by 15%. Cooldown 15 seconds.
With its incredibly low cooldown of 15 seconds, the Dynalar Sandevistan is the most consistent and easy-to-use Sandy so far. It also provides a great damage bonus too, but only moving at 50-percent increased speed doesn’t let it stand out too far from the competition.
Aim for this Sandevistanwhile you’restill grinding up your Street Credfor the more powerful Sandy’s available later on.

15 Reflexes, 11 Street Cred
Slow time to 25% for 16 seconds, increases Damage and Crit Chance by 15%. Cooldown 30 seconds.
The Dynalar Sandevistan Mk.4 can be purchased from your old pal Viktor at his clinic in Little China. If you’rerunning a rawDPS-focused build, thenthe Mk.4 is a solid choiceof Sandevistan. You will likely already be heavily invested in Reflexes for this build, so the requirement won’t set you back.

20 Reflexes, 49 Street Cred
Slow time to 30% for 18 seconds, increases Damage by 15%, Crit Chance and Crit Damage by 20%. Cooldown 60 seconds.
At 20 Reflexes, the Militech “Falcon” Sandevistan Mk.5 isa late-game Sandy that focuses on raw damage. A cooldown of 60 seconds means you won’t be able to activate it often, but an 18-second length will take you through even the longest firefight unscathed.
18 Reflexes, 50 Street Cred
Slow time to 10% for 8 seconds, increases Damage by 15%, Crit Chance by 10%, and Crit Damage by 50%. Cooldown 30 seconds.
This little beauty is theapex predator of crit builds. If you have a high crit chance, this Sandevistan has the potential toturn you into a one-hit kill machine. An eight-second activation period isn’t much, so expect to use this Sandy for a few brief but well-aimed headshots.
15 Reflexes, 27 Street Cred
Slow time to 25% for 12 seconds, increases Damage and Crit Chance by 15%. Cooldown 15 seconds.
Surprisingly, the QianT Mk. 4 is wide regarded to bebetter than the QianT Mk.5for itslong-lasting effect(12 seconds) andultra-low cooldownof 15 seconds. With the Legendary-tier Heatsink mod installed and the epic Nanorelays cyberware, you can push that to a 14-second time dilation with a cooldown of 11 seconds.
Add in some solid damage and crit chance bonuses, and you’ve gotthe best Sandevistan in the game.
