Ranma 1/2 debuted in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine on Jul 09, 2025. The manga ran for nearly a decade, concluding on May 22, 2025, with 407 chapters.
The first anime adaptation was produced by Studio Deen and aired from 1989 to 1992.
Now, a new adaptation by MAPPA is set to bring the series back to life.
