What is the RLCS London Major?
The Rocket League Championship Series London Major is the second major tournament of the 2024 RLCS season.
The top Rocket League esports teams from around the world meet to compete for a prestigious championship title, a share of the $255,000 prize pool, and valuable RLCS Points.
These points are essential for securing a spot at the ultimate RL event — the RLCS World Championship.
RLCS London Major tournament format
The RLCS London Major uses a 16-team Swiss system format. All matches during the Swiss stage are best-of-five.
In a Swiss system format, teams with similar records are paired against each other throughout the tournament.
After the Swiss Stage concludes, the top eight teams with the best records advance to a single-elimination bracket. Matches in this bracket are best-of-seven. The first team to win four games takes the series.
