IKELOS and Seventh Seraph weapons are back in style inDestiny 2’sSeason of the Seraph. Bungie brought back some fan-favorite IKELOS weapons from past seasons and introduced six new seasonal weapons, all of which have fantastic perk combinations worth chasing. If you’re looking to expand your arsenal before Lightfall launches, you’ve come to the right place.

This guide will cover the 11 seasonal weapons you can earn in Season of the Seraph, including this season’s Exotic Revision Zero Pulse Rifle. We’ll be covering the best rolls for PvE and PvP for each weapon, recommending certain perk combinations, and explaining what makes each weapon so special.
Eye of the Storm
Headseeker
Range
You won’t find many Legendary Pulse Rifles quite as consistent as Disparity. Nearly every PvP perk you’d want on a Pulse can roll on this gun, and it has some solid PvE perks if you’re looking to use a Pulse Rifle in casual content.Rapid Hit and Kill Clip is a great combination for all content, lowering the weapon’s TTK while drastically buffing your reload speed and stability. Other good options include Headstone, Desperado, and Frenzy.
The Crucible is really where this weapon shines.This is the only Pulse Rifle that can get Eye of the Storm and Headseeker on the same roll, and Headseeker just got buffed this season to grant increased aim assist while active. Both perks synergize to give you a Pulse Rifle that can land easy two-burst kills. If you play more 6v6 modes and want a good weapon for slaying, Rapid Hit and Kill Clip will suit you better.For stats,you’ll want to get the weapon’s recoil direction to 100 and max its range stat.Arrowhead Brake and a Counterbalance Stock mod should fix the recoil direction, and your typical range perks will help this weapon compete against the Crucible’s more meta picks.
Demolitionist
Fire and Forget is an Aggressive Frame LFR that fires in three-round bursts. Unlike Stormchaser,this weapon can auto-reload itself with the Veist Stinger Origin Trait, each hit having a small chance of triggering the perk. Throw on your favorite damage and magazine-extending perks, and you have a great DPS option for most PvE activities.And since the weapon deals Stasis damage, it’s incrediblyeasy to proc Font of Mightthrough Supreme Wellmaker or Elemental Shards.
This weapon can’t roll with Triple Tap or Fourth Time’s the Charm, so you’ll want to useField Prepfor bigger ammo reserves andFocused Furyfor the 20% damage buff. Each shot from the three-round burst counts as a hit for Focused Fury, triggering the perk after a couple of bursts. While Field Prep is what we recommend for most players, don’t sleep onRangefinder. Linear Fusion Rifles don’t have much range and suffer serious damage falloff. Unless you plan to only use this weapon in Warlock Rifts buffed by Lunafaction Boots, you might want to buff the gun’s effective range to counteract the intense falloff LFRs experience at long distances.
For PvP, you’re better off using another weapon.LFRs lack the ease of use of most other Heavy weapons, especially in 3v3 modes. That said, if you really care about sniping people from a distance, you may’t go wrong with Rangefinder and Demolitionist—damage perks don’t make much sense on this gun except Vorpal Weapon for countering Supers.
Rampage
The IKELOS Hand Cannon is arguably the worst of the reprised IKELOS weapons this season. Precision Frame Hand Cannons are in a rough spot in both PvE and PvP, but this weapon does have a few things going for it.If you main Lucky Pants in PvE, this gun should be on your radar.
For general PvE content, we recommendSubsistenceandGolden Tricorn.The full 50% damage buff from Golden Tricorn really helps the IKELOS weapon land one-shot headshots in most PvE content. you may pair the weapon with Volatile Rounds to clear out adds with ease. However, if you’re looking for a solid Hand Cannon for Lucky Pants, the IKELOS HC is a good option.Triple Tap with Focused FuryorOne for Alllets you fully build up the Lucky Pants buff and benefit from the absurd 600% damage buff for a few seconds. Paired with a damage perk, you’ll be dishing out excellent burst DPS.
Don’t bother using this weapon in PvP.180 RPM Hand Cannons aren’t in the best spot currently. you may play a Solar subclass and proc Radiant to assist with the weapon’s overall usability, but the same can be said for every Primary.
Swashbuckler
The original king of Shotguns is back this season, launching with a new perk pool and origin trait. Is this version of the IKELOS Shotgun comparable to its former glory? It’s close, mostly thanks to a new fire rate perk this season: Cascade Point.
Rapid-Fire Shotguns are fantastic at short burst DPS, melting Champions and major targets in a few seconds.Cascade Point is perfect for this, buffing the IKELOS Shotguns' rate of fire to its pre-nerf state back in Warmind.Land a few headshots or a single kill with your Primary, swap to the IKELOS Shotgun, and unleash eight rounds of high-damage buckshot in an instant. If you care more about add clear,Subsistence and Incandescent have you covered.
As for the Crucible, Rapid-Fire Frames are solid for two-tap kills and cleanups.Threat DetectorandSwashbuckleris a great perk combination, giving you a massive handling buff for being near targets while Swashbuckler ramps up your damage with kills. You aren’t going to win Shotgun duels against meta Specials, butthose who love Rapid-Fire Shotgunswill find success with this take on the original IKELOS Shotgun.
RangefinderorTap the Trigger
Nearly everyone knows how good this weapon is.The IKELOS SMG is a meta-defining Primary for PvEand an excellent PvP weapon.It hits hard, has a great origin trait, rolls with Voltshot, and it’s fully craftable. The IKELOS SMG has never been better, and it’s easily the best Legendary Arc SMG you can use in this PvE sandbox, no question.
You’ll wantThreat Detector or Feeding Frenzyin the first column for PvE, buffing the weapon’s reload speed on easy proc conditions—being near targets and killing enemies, respectively. Pair that withVoltshotfor some absurd add-clearing potential. Bear in mind thatFeeding Frenzy does not trigger on Voltshot multikills, so you’ll want to consider using Threat Detector if you’re relying on Voltshot to kill targets. That said,don’t sleep on Surrounded.The Surrounded Spec mod is now rolled into the base perk, so you can expect a whopping 40% damage buff (47% if enhanced) just by standing near targets. That’s almost as much as Golden Tricorn and doesn’t require kills to activate.
For PvP, raw consistency wins here.Seraph Rounds are S-tier,acting similar to High-Caliber Rounds, Ricochet Rounds, and Armor-Piercing Rounds all rolled into one perk. For main perks,Dynamic Sway Reductionwith eitherRangefinderorTap the Triggeris excellent. Your weapon becomes a headshot magnet with either combination and will never let you down. If you love SMGs, you need to get this crafting blueprint before the season ends.
Elemental Capacitor
RangeorStability
The IKELOS Sniper Rifle received a perk refresh this season. As you’d expect, the weapon has never been better and is now a solid alternative to Thoughtless for the Energy slot. That’s mostly thanks toOverflow and Focused Furyrolling on this gun, buffing the weapon’s magazine capacity and overall damage. If you dislike Overflow, you’re able to also getFourth Time’s the CharmandHigh-Impact Reserves, sacrificing burst DPS for more total damage.
Crucible players that main Sniper Rifles tend to use Aggressive or Adaptive Frames, but this Rapid-Fire Sniper Rifle works with the right perks.Moving Target, Surplus, Overflow, and Fragile Focus are all great picks in the first column.Even No Distractions can be useful if you spec the weapon fully into stability, greatly mitigating incoming flinch. For the second column, your main pick isElemental Capacitorto greatly boost the weapon’s stats. Equip an Arc subclass, and you’ll have a Sniper Rifle that aims almost instantly.
Unstoppable ForceorClose to Melee
Shield Duration
Judgment of Kelgorath is the new best Glaive in Destiny 2.Close to Meleeis the star of the show here, granting a 30% damage buff if you weave projectile and melee attacks with your Glaive, something you should be doing anyway. Throw onOverfloworDemolitionistto avoid reloading. And as with most Glaives, you want tospec for range and shield duration.
Using Glaives in PvP is a niche playstyle but can work quite well.Immovable ObjectandUnstoppable Forcehas great synergy if you don’t mind using the Glaive’s shield. If that sounds boring,OverflowandClose to Meleeis still an excellent combination for the Crucible. Build around this Glaive for the best results.
Tap the Trigger
Stability
Trace Rifles are solid add-clearing weapons in PvE, and Path of Least Resistance is no exception. Most players chasing this weapon are looking forVoltshot, inflicting Jolt on targets when you reload after a kill. That perk does require a reload, and your only good reload perk in column one isStats for All. Voltshot does proc Stats for All, so it’s a solid perk combination for general add clear. If you want a more endgame-viable roll, considerAdaptive MunitionswithOne for All. Subsistence is not a good pairing with Voltshot since you need to reload, although the perk itself is fine if you want to use a generic damage perk like One for All.
Using a Trace Rifle inside the Crucible requires a great deal of accuracy. Path of Least Resistance has some general consistency perks to help with this, notablyDynamic Sway ReductionandTap the Trigger, yet the weapon falls behind other Trace Rifles. Retraced Path has better damage perks, Coldheart helps with ability energy, and Wavesplitter is just an all-around better option.
Retrofit Escapade has shaken up the DPS meta this season thanks to its excellent perk pool and a quirk with Volatile Rounds. Since this weapon deals Void damage, you can pair Retrofit Escapade with a source of Volatile Rounds (likeGyrfalcon’s Hauberk) for constant explosions. The Volatile explosions are limited to roughly two per second, but that’s still a notable DPS increase that’s easy to proc.
As for actual rolls,Fourth Time’s the CharmwithTarget Lockis absurdly good in PvE. The gun will keep generating ammunition as Target Lock’s damage buff ramps up, allowing you to dish out 40% more damage with a magazine that’s unleashing nearly 200 bullets before reloading. Paired with the occasional Volatile Rounds explosion,you’re looking at a weapon that has comparable DPS to Cataclysmic with Bait and Switch—and that’s accounting for the mid-season nerf to Volatile explosions.
Machine Guns aren’t meta in PvP but get the job done.Heating UpwithTap the Triggeris a solid pick for general PvP gameplay. If you’re looking for a counter to enemy Supers, useVorpal Weaponinstead.

Fitted Stock
We don’t typically include Exotics in our best roll guides, but Revision Zero is fully craftable and hasmultiple Exotic Catalysts to choose from. As far as Pulse Rifles go, Revision Zero is a stat monster,capable of reaching 100 in nearly every stat with the right setup.It’s a powerhouse for 1v1 dueling in PvP, and it’s even a good option for killing Champions in PvE activities.
For PvE, you wantVorpal WeaponandFourth Time’s the Charm.Both perks work on Revision Zero’s alt-fire mode that morphs the gun into a Sniper Rifle, giving you six high-damage shots that pierce Barrier Champions. Just beware thatlanding headshots before swapping to the alternate fire can cause issues. If you proc Fourth Time’s the Charm before firing four shots in Sniper form, you’ll be forced out of the alt-fire mode. You’ll also want to consider usingArmor-Piercing Roundsto make the Sniper mode shoot through multiple targets.
Crucible players will have a field day with this gun. Nearly every perk combination is viable here, so feel free to experiment. We’ve foundEye of the StormandUnder Pressureto be a fantastic combo. Eye of the Storm makes the primary mode excellent in 1v1 duels, and Under Pressure buffs the Sniper form greatly, landing headshots with little effort. If the reload is too slow for you, consider usingOutlaworElemental Capacitorwith a Solar subclass.
Opening Shot
Tripwire Canary is a checklist weapon for most.It’s the only obtainable Arc Legendary Bow currently, so it’s not a bad idea to grab this weapon if you missed Wolftone Draw or Arsenic Bite from previous seasons. Past that, it’s an aggressively average weapon. Lightweight Frame Bows don’t hit particularly hard in PvE, and they come with subpar accuracy stats for PvP.
As for perks,Archer’s TempowithExplosive Headis solid for countering Champions in PvE whenever Bows get Anti-Champion mods from the seasonal Artifact. It’s possible to stack double fire rate perks with Archer’s Tempo and Successful Warm-Up, but this is more of a novelty than a top-tier perk combination.DragonflyandSuccessful Warm-Upis a great combination for more general PvE content and is what we recommend. If you’re interested in using this Bow in PvP,Archer’s TempoandOpening Shotis a decent pick for general consistency, Ambush stacking with Opening Shot gives you an absurdly accurate first shot.
