He can do this using his ultimate skill, Kinjutsu: Pinnacle Ninja, which allows him to summon a demon that possesses burst damage, and can move through terrains.
Additionally, his body remains fixed at the location where he activates his ultimate, making him safe from lethal damage during team fights.

When Hanzo uses his ultimate, track his location and use Finch Poise to reach the wall closest to his position.
In case he is concealed within a bush, cast Defiant Sword to descend upon his spot while dealing significant damage.
Should he try to escape, activate Tempest of Blades to knock him airborne. Then, make use of the blades to unleash successive strikes with Defiant Sword, ultimately slaying him.
