15Before Crisis: Final Fantasy 7
Square Enix hit mobile gaming hard and early with a few games that went far and above what people expected from phones. Before Crisis is an action RPGwith everything you expect from the genre packed into a phone.

14Final Fantasy 4 Pixel Remaster

Whether you are popping in a cartridge or loading up an app on your phone, Final Fantasy 4 is still a shining example of a JRPG. The story moves fast and you are constantly going to new places while the combat stays engaging, pushing back just enough as you enter new areas to keep you on your toes.

13Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles: Remastered
This game originally came out on theNintendo GameCube in 2003, but was remastered in 2020 for all modern platforms, including iOS. It makes a lot of improvements over the original release.
Unfortunately, the online multiplayer is bogged down by a progression system that forces you to replay the same dungeons multiple times if you want to play with your friends. As frustrating as this is, it’s less of an issue on a mobile device if you are playing it on the go as a way to pass the time on a long trip or a daily commute.
12Collection Of Saga: Final Fantasy Legend
The Saga series came out in the west initially as The Final Fantasy Legend. Its place as a true Final Fantasy title needs a discalimer, but older gamers will recall the first three games in the series as Final Fantasy titles on the Game Boy.
They certainly pass the quality standard, and that’s the most important thing. These games are simple, having been designed for Nintendo’s premiere handheld device, and the enhanced remakes here streamline the gameplay even further. Simple doesn’t always mean bad, though, and these games are certainly worth your time and money.
11Final Fantasy 15: A New Empire
A New Empire is unlike any other Final Fantasy game in the franchise. While most are turn-based or action-adventure RPGs, this entry is a multiplayer tower defense game. It uses the same setting and characters from Final Fantasy 15, but nothing else resembles a Final Fantasy game.

10Final Fantasy Dimensions
Final Fantasy Dimensions is a wholly new installment into the franchise for mobile devices that successfully captures the essence of old-school Final Fantasy games with its 16-bit graphics. The story revolves around two groups of adventurers trying to heal a world split in two.
The enemies are a combination of exceptionally easy to defeat and unreasonably difficult, much to the frustration of fans. Furthermore, Dimensions uses a similar job system to Final Fantasy 5 for the characters to progress through, adding a fun component for you to focus on.
9Final Fantasy Brave Exvius
If you’re looking for a simple 2D role-playing game with all the makings of a fantastic Final Fantasy game, Brave Exvius is the game to download. 7War Of The Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius
Taking inspiration from Final Fantasy Tactics, War of the Visions is a spin-off of Brave Exvius, providing a tactical turn-based combat system and Game of Thrones-style story. Speaking of combat, War of the Visions features a PvP option, allowing you to fight against other players rather than AI enemies.
War of the Visions’s cast is primarily made up of original characters, with fan favorites from past Final Fantasy games making appearances in collab quests. Starting with the original game, Ever Crisis features reimagined and abridged story scenes, with monthly releases of new chapters focused on the various games in the series.
